    So Good!
I ordered the #9 bagel sandwich on a plain bagel.  The bagel was SO soft, and all of the sandwich ingredients were so fresh!   The bagel/wich was so big I couldn't get a solid bite, in a good way.  It was a big bagel and stacked with turkey and veggies.
Only prob is it was pricey.  Its not a mom and pop bagel/egg/cheese for $3 type of spot.
I ordered the #9 sandwich, 2 black & white cookies and a chocolate chip cookie (all mini sized cookies), chips, no drink and my total was $17.

It is small inside, they have a counter with 4 or 5 stools to sit at.
And they do have a wide selection of bagels, muffins, cookies, sandwiches, mixed salads and drinks-so you will not have a problem finding something you like, should you choose to try them out.

I want Bagelsmith to be good so very much because it's the closest bagel shop to where I live. In nyc I am lucky enough to expect the best of the best when it comes to bagels, so this can probably be taken with that in mind.

Bagels are dry, sandwiches have almost no ingredients on them. The wait is awkwardly long in a tiny space. The staff was friendly enough. Location is great and super convenient by the L train on Bedford.

I ordered an egg and cheese on wheat everything bagel. The order was incorrect and it had meat on it. Unfortunately, I'm a vegetarian. So this wasn't ideal, but it happens. However, as I waited 20 minutes in their tiny store, I saw several other orders come out incorrect. It was kind of a mess. Iced coffee was good but they ran out of almond milk.

Overall just frustrating and kind of a waste of time and breakfast.

In Williamsburg on business with colleuges..,and went here for breakfast!!!

Small store location ..., however they have a  multiple assortment of cream cheese selection for of course Bagels!!

They serve these enormous size pickles in a jar.., which I think are edible.   They serve plethora of juices, kombucha, bottled Ice Coffee..,Sparkling Carbonated Flavored Water.

I saw a Artichoke and Onion Cream Cheese..., that I totally PASSED ON!  There small seating in the Front by the window with only 4 stools.

Anyway...... ,I got the Blueberry Bagel with Sun Dried Tomato Cream Cheese = 5

If they kept the Bagels in kind of a plastic covering..,this would allow the Bagels to not get hard by the air.

I'd maybe go back...,for a grab and go on the run to the ( L ) train.

I find myself frustrated because witnessing a situation where someone blatantly utilizes a term that is offensive and receives zero accountability for it is telling. There's zero reason why a customer who is racially ambiguous is casually using a racial slur just because the workers are "used" to him using it. A Black man was reactive and, per usual, he was looked upon as the antagonist in the situation. By a Black woman at that. Why? Because he faithfully buys your bagels (of all things)?

Imagine being Black and being chastised for reacting to another person saying 'Nigga' who wouldn't claim his ethnicity if he got pulled over. Fuck this place.

Coming here is always a toss up because the food can be really delicious but the service and staff is wildly inconsistent. I alternate between the same two things and truly never know how much I'll end paying. Once I was charged $19 for a roast beef sandwich that's normally around $8-10 (again, depending on the day and who's the cashier). The other day I also paid $7 for a sausage egg and cheese, again, inconsistent with the prices on the wall but I figured it was an upcharge bc I asked for a couple homefries on it. When I got my sandwich the cashier looked at the paper and said, oh I didn't realize you got homefries in it, that's an extra charge. Excuse me? I know Wburg is pricey but get outta here with a $10 SEC bc of a few pieces of potato. STILL, I remain loyal. Went back today for another.... they were out of rolls. Out of rolls at 12:00pm? YOU'RE A SANDWICH SHOP. Oh boy. Thank god for nearby bodegas that can pick up the slack for this place cause they really disappoint sometimes.
The owners should have more respect for their customers/business and hone in on the service here.
